Do you offer wholesale?

  • Yes! We offer wholesale on the following items: Remüv, scrunchies, hand cream, sugar scrubs, and cuticle oils.

How can I size my nails?

  • A sizing kit is required for all new customers and existing customer who want to try out a new shape to ensure it is a perfect fit. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing.

What if the nails don’t fit?

  • We are not held responsible for incorrect fit. 
  • If a nail is incorrect in your order, we offer replacement nails.

What nail tips do you use?

  • We use salon quality nail tips that are made of gel making them durable and reusable.

How long do they last?

  • If applied correctly, each set can last up to 1-2 weeks.  Follow the instruction card that comes with each set.  Each set comes with a set of nail tabs that can be used for shorter amounts of time, such as special events.

What comes in my nail order?

  • All nail orders come with a prep kit upon request. You will receive 1 prep kit for every 2 sets that are purchased.  This includes: cuticle pusher, nail file, buffer, alcohol wipes, sticky tabs, and application/removal instructions. You may purchase additional prep kits, if necessary.

      Cancellation, Return, Shop Policies:

      • Due to nature of product, refunds will not be accepted.  Please contact the shop owner for any issues or concerns with your order.
      • New customers must place an order for a sizing kit.
      • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing.
      • Free shipping on orders over $100+
      • If nail shape is incorrect, we will try to contact you via the email provided.  If we do not get a response within 2 days, the order will be cancelled.
      • All items are made to order, thus items you receive may differ from the picture.
      • Colors may differ slightly from the picture.
      • All nail orders come with a nail prep kit.
      • Once your order has been started, you can no longer make an alternations
      • We reserve the right to decline a design request, if it is not within our expertise, or if we do not have the necessary supplies
      • Stamped N Pressed is not responsible for shipping carrier errors

      Processing Time:

      Current processing time of 2-4 weeks.

      PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time is not included in the processing time.  Shipment will take 3-5 business days from date of shipment.  Tracking number will be provided.
